Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DevPlus services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

DevPlus provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, ERP/CRM solutions, API development, AI automation, and UI/UX design services. Our services include:

• Custom software development and consulting
• Web and mobile application development
• System integration and API development
• Business process automation
• UI/UX design and user experience consulting
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• Project costs are agreed upon before work begins
• Payment schedules are established based on project milestones
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed software and designs created specifically for their project. However:

• DevPlus retains rights to general methodologies and know-how
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• DevPlus may use non-confidential project information for portfolio purposes
• Source code ownership transfer requires explicit agreement

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your business information. DevPlus agrees to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship and will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

DevPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty and Support

We provide:

• 90-day warranty on bug fixes for delivered software
• Technical support during development and deployment
• Documentation and training as agreed upon
• Optional ongoing maintenance and support contracts

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date. Client shall receive all deliverables completed as of the termination date.
